New additions to my stash

Beginning of this year, only a month and half ago, I had promised to cut down on my bead-spending. I know, a lot of you must be thinking, "yeah, I hear you! Not happening". You are so right. Not happening :-)

Am in India right now, and that seems like the perfect excuse reason to shop! I have not been too bad though...here's my new eye-candy:

These are large hole glass beads....luscious colors...

Metal beads and a really pretty wood beads bracelet.

The entire loot...along with some golden earrings I bought from a friend.

That's not too bad, right? Not a lot, right?

    1. I had also set a monthly budget, but very conveniently have not added up how much I have spent. Am happily spending thinking I this is all for February...it just started, right ;)

  2. I guess that sooner or later we all say something like "No more beads untill...", and I am sure that we never respect that condition. It's in our DNA, it's not our fault. I cannot go against nature, you know.

Thant's why you did a great job buying those beads. The glass beads seem so beautiful. Want!

    1. Yup, totally agreed! We need to be "cured" if we want to stop buying beads!

The lady had them in SO many colors! But I was being "good", so only got these three :D

  3. Too funny, I make this promise not to spend every month. This weekend, there is a traveling show coming to Fort Myers. Hold me back. Ha ha

  4. LOL - not happening, indeed. But you had a great excuse - traveling abroad is always good reason to get new (and unusual) stuff :)

    1. Haha, yup, traveling is not an excuse, its a "perfectly good reason" to shop ;)

I still have more traveling on the cards, to a small village that specializes in cutting and polishing Agate! Am already drooling just thinking about it!
