Trying to figure out how to make a button out of this picture for the participants to grab and use on their blogs.
UPDATE:
Thanks everyone for all the suggestions and steps, and for putting up my image yourself on your blogs!
Roxanne of Roxi Designs jumped in to help and made the button for me. Its on the sidebar now, with code and all :-)
Thank you, Roxanne :-)

I haven't used it yet... let me know if it is fun to play with LOL!
These is a gadget on Blogger (layout) where you can add a photo and a link together on your own blog, but I haven't seen one there that is exportable.
Thanks Mon, Roxanne made it for me finally :)
DeleteCute!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the image! I saved the image to my computer and scaled it using Gimp so that it fits the left column of my blog. I then added the image to my blog by uploading it from my computer and I made the image clickable so that it links to your blog sign-up.
ReplyDeleteHi! Did you figure it out? I can make one for you...do you have the image hosted somewhere online like photobucket? Let me know if you need help.
ReplyDeleteHere's the address to my other blog to see what I came up with for you! http://roxmyblogclient.blogspot.com/
ReplyDeleteIf you like it and want the text to use I can email you. I love doing this stuff...its no bother! You can email me at: roxi@roxidesigns.com
Hi Kashmira, How about if I right click on your image, then down load it in my computer, go to blogger lay out and insert that in one of those slots, then add your HTML or blog address of this page? That is what I have done with the others. Let me see if it works. Dita

We can always just right click, save the picture to our desktop. Then copy and paste the url of your blog and post the picture on our blog and paste in the url. There's a website that shows how to make a button for your blog, but I can't remember which one I used. I'll see if I can find the website. Or you might just try googling 'make a button for your blog' and see what comes up.
ReplyDeleteDid you get it figured out? I just usually have to go to one of the button sites online to create it or just use a pic like you have and then when I put it on the side of my blog in blogger then do the link cause sometimes blogger doesn't play nicely (or it could be me - probably is me) when doing buttons/links. :-)
