Focus On Life ~ Week 28 ~ Pretty Patterns

Wow...I took a really long break from this challenge! Am back for this one :-)

Week 28 is Pretty Patterns...

My favorite pattern ever is polka dots. You want to see how much I love this pattern?

Yup...that much!

Here's another pattern I noticed today when our company had an event at the AT&T Ball Park in San Francisco

And here's a natural pattern I found while cooking today...

Yup, symmetry totally rocks my world :)

Am in a bit of a hurry right now, so keeping the post short...

  1. I love the toe nails! How did you get the dots so even and neat? That's a great shot of the onion - such a wonderful pattern in it.

    1. Thanks Diana. Oh, I didn't do the nails myself. My very talented pedicurist did it :)

I had another shot of the onion...after I chopped it finely, that created a pattern too, but didn't put up the pic thinking it might be too silly ;)

I love the color of onions too!

    1. That's right, Courtney, I was mesmerized and was hoping I didn't look too foolish just staring at empty seats, lol :)

  3. Glad to see you back. GREAT patterns Kashmira! Your toes are so cute, but I have to say that I am inspired by the middle photo the most. For all the time I have been to a stadium I have never noticed the cool pattern the chairs make! Great shot!

    1. Thank you, Sally :) Am glad to be back and "focusing" on everyday things for that perfect shot!
I bet you didn't notice the seats because the stadium was never empty like this?

    1. Thanks, Alice! I love to look for symmetry in everything...I absolutely love looking at rows and rows of "things" growing in farms. Such perfection! The seats are just like that :)

  5. You found some great patterns, but did you have to remind me how badly I need a new pedicure?

  6. Oh girl, LOVE your toes!! Just perfect patterns this week! Your photos are awesome, especially the one of the seats - very cool! I can just smell that onion. :-) (I almost entered the photo of Barbie's polka dot pants but it didn't turn out good - LOL!!)

    1. You love polka dots too? I can't imagine anyone NOT liking them :)
I had to zoom quite a bit with my iPhone to get those seats alone and not all the banners around them, so was keeping my fingers crossed that the clarity wouldn't get lost. Seems it turned out ok :)

And about the onions..now imagine them finely chopped up and being sauteed. Now there's a smell to die for ;)

  7. You have a great variety of patterns this week! Love the AT&T Ballpark but I was living in South Beach when they were building it and I still remember the pounding of the construction thingies.

    1. Oh but you totally should add them. They are those little things that'll make you (and anyone else who looks at them) smile every time :)
I don't do it myself though, got the lady at the nail spa do it for me.
